Description

Can anybody help identify this location? Is this similar to Image Reference 34663? There appears to be cut blocks of stone awaiting loading on the steps. Could this be Portland? The sky has been hand touched by the photographer. From a unique collection of glass plate negatives taken by Col Linley Blathwayt of Eagle House Batheaston, home of refuge for suffragettes between 1908 and 1912.
