The photographer was a keen cyclist and the presence of lapel badges on many of the gents pictured here (many in cycling attire) might indicate an early group shot of local CTC members on an outing. On the right is the White Hart. Scanned from the photographer's original negative. Most of these images were taken before he started producing postcards, and before he saved his images on glass plates.
