Possibly part of a set taken by one of the photographer's young twins (aged about 14). Probably a military camp in preparation for WWII. Here a number of civilians (perhaps other PO staff) look on with military personnel prostrate in the foreground. Scanned from the photographer's original negative. Most of these images were taken before he started producing postcards, and before he saved his images on glass plates.
