Floods at Larkhall, 1932

The end wall of a barn has collapsed revealing the hay loft and interior. Could this be flood damage? Are the residents of the house opposite hanging items to dry over the wall? This has been positively identified as the land now occupied by Pitman Court. Copied from the photographer's original printed postcard collection.
