Description

The slide is numbered 64/18-9-10. The plaque states: Planted by Katharine Douglas Smith 18th February 1910. This plaque has survived and is now in the care of the Roman Baths Museum, Bath. Annotated (sheet). A white cloth backdrop is hung behind and the shot is taken a ground level. From a unique collection of glass plate negatives taken by Col. Linley Blathwayt of Eagle House, Batheaston, home of refuge for suffragettes between 1908 and 1912. Taken on 18th September 1910.
