Suffragette Winifred Jones c.1910

The date and number is too faint to read clearly. Wearing a brooch to mark her imprisonment, and a medal to honour her hunger strike. She also has a fresh rose pinned across her dress. From a unique collection of glass plate negatives taken by Col. Linley Blathwayt of Eagle House, Batheaston, home of refuge for suffragettes between 1908 and 1912.
