Showing part of the ironwork of the altar, presented by Field Marshall Wade, later permanently removed by Sir Gilbert Scott in the 1860s. Wrought iron railing brought by William Beckford fro the balcony of his house at 1 Lansdown Place West. Now restored to the Abbey in the north aisle. From a collection of slides from the 1950s-1980s, by Lesley Green-Armytage.
