A fascinating record of the bankruptcy and skipping bail of the former Master of Ceremonies. 5 feet 6 inches high, long black whiskers and dark complexion, is generally dressed in blue Cossack pantaloons, black coat, with a blue regimental long great coat, braided in front; has a genteel appearance and address, walks very upright and quick, and lately passed as a Frenchman.....
