Description

This close up is of Sue Robinson's dad driving his AEC cement mixer, captured by Lord Snowdon when he visited Bath in March 1972, to capture the devastation caused by the sack of Bath. 21 images were published in black and white in Adam Fergusson's seminal book of the same name. Bath in Time has exclusively secured with the kind permission of Lord Snowdon, the contents of the entire shoot, seen here in full colour. See Image Ref. 11962.
