King's Bath and Mineral Spring, Bath c.1900

The spring in this bath was probably the supply of the most important of the Roman Thermae. The ancient reservoir still serves the original purpose. The volume of water issuing from the spring is estimated at 2.5 hogsheads a minute - temperature 107 degrees Fahrenheit.
