Description

A horse drawn delivery wagon from James Fortt, biscuit maker from Green Street crosses the flooded street. One of the many floods that blighted the city in the immediate neighbourhood of the river. The turning to the right after the terrace is Westmoreland Road, Green Park Tavern stands just beyond that. Children line the high pavement looking on.
