Description

Two figures are shown in the foreground, one is a woman carrying a large flagon on her head. A favourite subject for artists, this was also sketched and painted by artists such as Turner. From Thirty Two Lithographic Impressions from pen drawings of Landscape Scenery by Thomas Barker published in Bath, 1814. Only fifty copies produced. Printed under the direction of Mr Barker by D Redman. C Marsh script. This copy is inscribed Thomas Fuller.
