Commissioned by the corporation to help visualise development plans, new sections could be dropped in place to trial the effect of the numerous schemes that were prevalent in the 1970s. The model of Bath was on display in Queen Square at the Planning Department Building. Now housed at the Museum of Bath Architecture, it clearly illustrates the unique setting of this World Heritage Site.
