Description

Note from Hunt: Commenced November 26th 1853. The site on which the Bathforum Free Schools are built was a part of Fullers Coach Manufactory and Premises at the back including a house in 19 Monmouth Street which may have been the remains of Spackmans picture gallery. Mr Spackman was a patron of Thomas Barker and at the gallery his early works were exhibited.
