Taken from Warner p.123 of appendix. Shows an engraving of a brass medallion of Roman antiquity - late empire - found while digging the Pump-room foundations and given by Rev Mr. Richardson. The medallion depicts a Roman woman's head. The name given alongside the head is Pompeia I.C.V. A description of the medallion is given above the engraving. Hibbert (engr.)
