Description

Robert Adam, designer of Pulteney Bridge was responsible for the first designs of the scheme, however Thomas Baldwin took over after what was thought to have been a falling out. An artist's impression of a scheme for the proposed development for William Pulteney. The original can be found at the Soane Museum.
