Description

This was most probably taken from the tower crane used to build the Beaufort (Hilton) Hotel. Work is starting under Pulteney Bridge for the construction of the new weir and in the distance you can see the temporary bridge used to create access for plant machinery to Parade Gardens. The original photograph is lightly cracked around the edges.
