Description

The tall gable end building on the left is now the Radstock Hotel (formerly the Railway Hotel). It has lost its end chimney at some point. The little brick chimney to its left is still there. This is on the Somerset & Dorset line and was the Radstock West Signal Box which became Radstock North B Signal Box. The poster to his left is from the Palace and is advertising Wayward Youth and the Girl in the Moon. From a set of negatives featuring Radstock copied by the Bath Chronicle perhaps for a centenary edition?
