The Fullers Earth Works, Somersetshire Coal Canal and Railway Viaduct, 1898

Description

With the Somersetshire Coal Canal in the foreground, complete with narrowboat called rose, this picturesque view shows the house and attached mill building with the viaduct for the Somerset & Dorset Joint Railway in the background. The drawing erroneously labels the house as the former home of WIlliam Smith, who lived next door to the right.
