Held at Sydney Gardens it was ordered that a call of Ten per Cent be made on the subscribers to be paid to the account of Messers Hobhouse, Clutterbuck, Phillott and Lowder, bankers, Bath. R Bowsher, Clerk. For the convenience of subscribers resident in London or at a distance from Bath, Messers Whiteheads and Howard, bankers, London and Messers Harfords, Davis and Winpenny bankers Bristol have also been appointed.
