This special exhibition includes Rowlandson’s whimsical caricatures of Bath during its Georgian heyday, historical images from Christopher Anstey’s New Bath Guide of 1766 and other controversial images which satirise some of the City’s leaders and challenges. Many of the 50 or so cartoons are rare and will not have been seen before. The images are certain to create intrigue. Bath Central Library - Open daily during the Bath Comedy Festival (except Friday 9th April and Sunday 12th April).
